Preparing for the final design by looking closer at the main public entrance area and design of the courtyards. I was looking at a way to transition from the exterior into the main/lobby space with a 3 foot change in elevation. This would involve possible passing the ticket booth and concession stand while creating a seamless and accessible entrance. Additionally, I was looking at the proportions and materiality for the courtyard spaces; experimenting with a stone facade similar to that found on the walls by the library in contrast with glass and tress from the area.
